T. Rowe Price Campus Headquarters - Owings Mills, Maryland
This was the initial construction of T. Rowe Price's campus in Owings Mills, MD., consisting of 600,00 SF of office, support and amenity space distributed through four buildings in a campus setting.
My involvement in the project began in schematic design phase. As project architect, I led a team of 5 from the design development through the completion of construction documents. In addition to coordinating the CD's with all the engineering trades and various consultants I worked through pricing, value engineering and executed the construction administration through client occupancy.
