Dupont Warehouse Due Diligence Report - Raleigh, NC
This report was generated for a developer, JS Properties Co. evaluating their warehouse complex in Raleigh near the new train station. The developer was interested in having the three warehouses studied to establish options for renovating the complex.
After producing the as-built documents I worked with a team of consultants comprised of structural, civil, MEP and code disciplines to generate a report that offered comprehensive options for development of the complex.
