This is the complete renovation of a (5) building, (43 units) affordable housing complex in Durham, NC. The scope of this renovation involved hazardous material removal, reconstruction of the updated apartment interiors and complete retrofitting the facility with energy efficient / green MEP systems throughout.
I am project manager / architect for taking this project through design development / construction documents into construction administration and tenant move-in.
